New Administrative Capital

▧ We implemented the Haier VRF system in the Skyline project, Smouha &ndash; Alexandria, a major development featuring 188 villas, a commercial mall, and administrative/medical facilities. The total cooling capacity exceeds 7,000 TR, highlighting our expertise in large-scale, high-end HVAC solutions.

▧ We executed the VRF systems in the Rivan project, a landmark Saudi-invested development in the New Capital. Featuring residential buildings, a commercial mall, medical units, and a luxury hotel, the project uses Samsung VRF systems with a total cooling capacity exceeding 10,000 TR &mdash; showcasing our capability in large-scale, high-performance HVAC solutions.

We successfully completed the air conditioning installation for Alorica&rsquo;s corporate offices, utilizing a Daikin VRF system. The project included 90 indoor units and over 20 outdoor units, spanning three floors. Our team delivered the project in record time, meeting Alorica&rsquo;s high standards for efficient climate control across a large, dynamic workspace.

▧ Alorica Office Complex, Sheikh Zayed

At Plaza Mall, we supplied and installed an LG VRF system to meet the cooling demands of multiple retail units. This project covered over eight commercial spaces, where we provided and installed all necessary indoor and outdoor units, ensuring consistent cooling and an efficient, reliable system tailored for high-traffic retail environments.

in this project, we provided comprehensive services that included the supply of cooling units and the necessary copper piping, along with installation. Our focus was on delivering efficient cooling solutions tailored to the needs of the development.

We carried out an industrial-scale HVAC installation at the Balsam Factory, delivering a robust and energy-efficient climate control system tailored to the demands of large-scale production environments.

We successfully implemented a VRF air-conditioning system at the Obour City Authority Building, delivering an efficient and reliable HVAC solution tailored to meet the operational demands of a major government facility.
